Vandalism or Art
Sir Sway: As far as graffiti goes, this is definitely not the best. But when I see a creative piece - like this - I smile. This film is about a street artist who carries the name of Banksy. He is incredible and actually has pieces all over the world. 1 or 2 are in Toronto!
