Sir Sway: Every year websites have countdowns on their favourite sneaks of the year, but I haven't entirely agreed on one till this year. This is complex's countdown of the ten biggest kicks of 2010.
Mr. Mobile: So I realize I've been MIA for a while, but I'm back now with a vengeance. Anyway, I thought I'd start with some tunes. The Gorillaz released a tremendous album, Plastic Beach, earlier this year, and yet, they're already at it again. As a holiday present The Gorillaz released their new album The Fall for free on their website. I highly recommend you check it out. Personally, I'm a big fan.
Sir Sway: Lately it seems like companies have been producing just about anything. So I was glad to see something clean and simple. I hadn't heard of HAL before this collaboration but it's worth checkin out.
Sir Sway: At last, exams are finished, marks have been returned, and I can relax once again. Over the past summer I started working at a pharmacy where I met a kid with similar taste in music and clothing. He introduced me to many artists including underground rapper DL Incognito and several artists that I have never bothered listening to, like Ray Charles. My taste in music is very broad but one artist that he showed me continues to be on the top of my playlists.Dumfoundead(DFD), or Jonathan Park, is a Korean American rapper who originated in Los Angeles. Dumbfoundead was introduced to me a while after he released his first free CD. The CD includes songs like Jam Session 2.0, I Need A Dollar, and Pushin'. Jam Session 2.0 was actually recorded all online from different parts of the world. It is one of my favourite songs and even though it has a play-count of 289 (not including my Ipods), I have never gotten sick of it. Esna Yoon is the girl in the top right corner of the video, and every time I hear her voice it gives me chills. She hits every note, her voice is so powerful and in my personal opinion she is what makes that song. Anyway, Dumbfoundead has released his second free CD in collaboration with DJ Zo. Follow the link for the free download... check your junk folders because they send it to you.

Postscript. Apologies for the recent absence in posts, I have been swamped because it happens to be exam week. As well, look forward to a change in the layout of The Prestige.
Sir Sway: This is one of my favourite artists alive today. Kaws otherwise known as Brian Donnelly has been redefining modern art, from Disney to the street clothing brand OriginalFake. Before this video, I had no idea what his personality was like and after watching, he seems like a very down to earth person. OriginalFake was founded by Mr. Donnelly and originally solely featured graphic tees but has proceeded to build into one of the biggest Japanese brands today. Kaws has recently released a book by Rizzoli containing pieces from his graffiti days as well as some of his newer "legal" art pieces.
