Mr. Mobile: This reading week (February 18 to 27) I will be heading out to sunny California to visit a friend. While there I'll be snapping as many pics as I can in order to share with you some of the style from out west. Anyways, here are a few celebs who's style I admire. Consider this a little preview of what's to come.
So I'm pretty sure we all know who this is. It's not uncommon for James Franco to be compared to James Dean, and it's not just about his appearance or acting, it's about his style too. The guy is one of the best dressed residents of California. Anyway, his style is kind of old school, and always on the dressier side. Personally I really appreciate his look. Here he is with SNL cast member Will Forte at a movie premier.
Here's Shia LaBeouf sitting at a bus stop with then girlfriend Carey Mulligan. I really like both of their styles in this picture (Shia's pulling off a classed up lumberjack look. Take note of the slimness of his jean jacket, and the length of his pant leg). Shia usually rocks more of a hipster look than our previous celeb, but usually looks almost as sharp. He's a role model of mine in terms of fashion.
So lastly we have Robert Downey Jr. I had originally planned to only post candid shots, but I had to throw this one up. Robert Downey Jr. is one of the few celebs out there who consistently dresses well casually and on the red carpet. This picture was chosen because of the lapel. You rarely see lapels with more than one tone in them, and I personally think this one works really well. Anyway, I'm a fan.
